Wishing our valued clients a relaxing and peaceful break over the Easter Long Weekend. 

We have arranged for trade companies to be available on call for any urgent/emergency maintenance that may occur during this time.  

We do kindly request that you email your Property Manager in the event that you have had an emergency repair to notify them of the issue.​

What constitutes an emergency repair?

Please refer to clause 20 – 20.6 of your Residential Tenancy Agreement what constitutes an “urgent repair”

What should you do if you are experiencing an emergency repair situation? 

1. Call your Property Manager
2. If they are unavailable, please contact our approved emergency tradespeople. 

Please note: if a tradesman does attend the property and the issue could have waited until the next working day, you may responsible for the full or part account charged by the tradesman.

Should you have a non-urgent repair for our attention please lodge your request via the normal channels.
